34 Set-up includes 2 training sessions (£150 each thereafter) and 100 contracts. For all bands, additional contracts are charged at:
£275 for next 200, and then £450 for each subsequent batch of 300 (not pro-rated).
35 *One-off charge. All other prices are per month, renewed on same date each month from start date if not cancelled 7 days prior.
◊Contract/Form templates sent 10 working days after std crew contract templates are live, incur the charge and may not be prioritised.
†Charge per envelope for the labour to manually amend or redirect a Docusign envelope.
‡If a project is cancelled prior to using Engine, any work done thus far is charged (and credited should the project restart).
Post Production: 50% monthly rates available for Timecard plans when less than 25 crew timecards per week.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Pricing is reviewed & published annually every Oct.

Pricing effective for projects whose templates are sent to Team Engine between 22 Sep 2025 and 21 Sep 2026.
